Painting Workshop in Jackson, MS

Jerrod is teaching a workshop in Jackson, MS on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 8:00am - 4:30pm.  "Painting a Still Life in Oils" will be held in the VanDevender Art Gallery on the campus of Jackson Preparatory School and is open to all experience levels.  In this workshop Jerrod will work with the participants through discussion and demonstration as well as assist them individually to learn some of the key elements to painting with oils through the use of a still life.  Topics of focus will be materials, drawing, composition, and color mixing. $175(materials not included), To register contact Addie Louis, alouis@jacksonprep.net.
