"Unframed @ Unwrapped" is an Art Space 86 exhibition of small unframed drawings and paintings by Jerrod from Italy, Japan, Paris, New York City, Massachusetts, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast including Horn Island. The exhibition will be at 3011 N. State St. in Fondren between Campbell's Bakery and Barrelhouse restaurant. The gallery space will be open on Thursday, November 14, from 10am - 8pm for the annual holiday party Fondren Unwrapped.

Read MoreFirst Presbyterian Church of Ocean Springs is sending Jerrod to Japan to work with and have an exhibition with Community Arts Tokyo. The exhibition titled “Reflections and Observations” will consist of a new series of oil paintings on handmade paper depicting light reflecting off water as well as drawings and paintings done while in Japan. The exhibition will be October 4- 6.

The exhibition of this work will be unveiled at the museum during the Walter Anderson Weekend, September 20-22. All work will be for sale with proceeds benefiting the museum as well as the artists.

Jerrod will discuss the art that is made and the art that is seen on his annual Visual Explorations of Tuscany trip. Landscape Architect Dianne del Cid will discuss the gardens of the Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany, and Preservation Architect Donald del Cid will discuss the history of the architecture in the region from Etruscan to contemporary. The lecture is free and open to the public with a $5 suggested donation at the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center in downtown Ocean Springs, MS. From 5:30-6:30 will be an exhibition of work by Jerrod with the presentation beginning at 6:30pm.
